FROM/TO THE AIRPORT

Bus

To get to Plaça Catalunya (Barcelona center) take the Aerobús.

  • The Bus leaves every five minutes from Terminals 1 and 2.
  • A one-way ticket costs €5.65 and the return ticket €9.75.

Train

If you arrive at Terminal 2, you can also take the RENFE:

(1)  Take RENFE R2 from the Airport to Barcelona Sants train station

(2)  At Barcelona Sants you can take one of these trains to Barcelona Plaça Catalunya (it’s only one station away).

–       R1 (to Mataró or Maçanet-Massanes)

–       R3 (to Vic or Puigcerdà)

–       R4 (to Terrassa or Manresa)

Alight at “Barcelona Plaça de Catalunya” station.

FROM/TO THE AVE (high-speed train)

AVE arrives to “Barcelona Sants” station.

  • A one-way ticket costs 2,00€.
  • Route:

Take one of the following trains to Barcelona Plaça Catalunya (one station away)

–       R1 (to Mataró or Maçanet-Massanes)

–       R3 (to Vic or Puigcerdà)

–       R4 (to Terrassa or Manresa)

TAXI

There are taxi stations in both the airport and Barcelona Sants.

  • Approximate cost from Prat Airport to Plaça de Catalunya:  €25.
  • Approximate cost from Barcelona Sants to Plaça de Catalunya: €10.

FROM PLAÇA CATALUNYA TO NH CALDERÓN

Plaça Catalunya is a six-minute walk from the Hotel NH Calderón.

DURING YOUR STAY

Most of the conference events will take place in the center of Barcelona, within walking distance, but you can also take the bus, metro or taxi to reach them. More information on public transport
